Matrix Nano meets the minimum terms set out by your insurer. The Nano device is supplied on a rental basis with full fitting instructions and simply attaches to the vehicle battery +/- terminals and secures safely and securely to the battery or any flat surface within reach. Ordering your Nano could not be simpler;
- Click “Add To Basket” and you will be taken to the checkout right away
- Choose your payment option, annual or monthly and we can begin processing your order immediately – both rental options give full access to the Matrix Dashboard so you can use your Nano as a tracking and telematics device to manage your vehicle(s) effectively.
- Matrix will send your Nano by courier within three business days
- Install your Nano following the instructions provided and that’s it!
- When your policy ends or you cancel your insurance policy, simply notify us in writing to insurance@matrixtelematics.com remove the device and send it back to us
“What data does my insurer see?”
The primary function of the Nano is to detect crash events. Within the Nano is a sensor that is capable of realising when a vehicle has been in a crash. If this happens, a detailed report is generated, enabling your insurer to assist in identifying who is at fault and to manage any subsequent claim swiftly and effectively. What this potentially means for you is the ability to prove your innocence and should you be at fault, manage costs so that you are not to adversely impacted on renewal.
“Can you help if my vehicle is stolen?”
Nano will continue to report into Matrix for as long as it is installed and connected to the battery. Should your vehicle be stolen, of course Nano can assist in its recovery by guiding the relevant authority to your vehicle.
“How do I order?”
Simply “add to basket” and complete the checkout process and Matrix will prepare your order and dispatch to you via courier ready for you to install. Full fitting instructions are provided and our team of support agents are on hand to assist with any queries.
“Who owns the device?”
The Matrix Nano device is supplied on a rental basis included in one simple monthly or annual payment together with access to the platform. The device must be returned to Matrix Telematics at the end of the term.
“Can i see the data?”
Once your order is placed, you will be provided with a login to the Matrix Dashboard which is a full suite of telematics and tracking features including but not limited to;
